Timothy Virts still sits in the Baltimore County Jail awaiting his case to move forward through the legal system. His current charges are first-degree murder and theft of less than $1,000 value. In the past, we have heard much said about the man’s past criminal history. While any criminal history is serious, it would seem that things are not nearly as bad as the media had first reported it to be.

He has waived extradition, and is freely speaking with police about everything, though they will not disclose any details, stating that the investigation is ongoing and that it would be inappropriate to release anything that Virts is saying at this point....
Police found another decomposing body in the Inner Harbor. This one was found this past Thursday at the mouth of the harbor near an industrial area. This is the ninth body since October. So far, investigators say that there is nothing connecting any of the bodies, or even that foul play is involved. Still, it leaves questions as to why there are some many bodies in such a relatively short period....
In a city that is no stranger to violence, we find that a man was shot on Sunday afternoon, while a second man was stabbed multiple times in the 800 block of Lexington St in Poppleton. The incident occurred at around 4:00 p.m. according to police. The victim walked to a local hospital for treatment and while there, he reported the incident to police.
